Ksara opened in the Eixample area of Barcelona in 2016. Under the direction of Head Chef, Ksara offers authentic Lebanese cuisine, as experienced in the finest restaurants in Lebanon.

Ksara aims to produce traditional, as well as a fully exclusive vegetarian menu (a first in Barcelona) in a chic, vibrant, and cozy setting.

In additional to the traditional Cold and Hot Appetizers (Mezze) and the main “Mashawi” courses, (Grillade of different kind of meat) Ksara introduces two new concepts served as main dishes:

  • The famous homemade dishes, “Yakhani” available as “Casserole of Stews” in our menu, consist of slowly cooked meat with vegetables, served with vermicelli rice (Lebanese-style rice)
  • A new concept, gaining reputation in Lebanon, “Vegetarian Yakhaneh” or “Vegetarian Casserole of Stews” which are our main vegetarian dishes, prepared with Seitan (a meat substitute made of wheat) and slowly cooked vegetables. These dishes are made without the use of any animal ingredients.
